Baba Sound came together in 2003 with the objective to spread Reggae music in all its forms. Over the years they coorganized some events, most notably the first and only concert of Alton Ellis in Barcelona, as well as the concerts of Derrick Morgan and Horace Andy.
During the last six years they proudly worked and shared the stage with artists like Cocoa Tea, Turbulence, Heptones, Jah Mason, Lone Ranger, Ill Inspecta, Lexie Lee, Daddy Mory, Daddy Banton, Hermano Ele, Shabu One Shant, Swanbwoy, Chulito Camacho and many more.
With a widespread selection their sessions can go from the most classic foundation tunes to rub-a-dub and digital scorchers to the latest in dancehall and new roots. You might also expect some excursion to the other caribbean islands, such as Trinidad & Tobago, St.Lucia & Barbados for the best in Soca and Calypso, as well as remixes and specially recorded dubplate versions for the sound.
No matter if bashment party or carnival, soundsystem show or as backing sound for singers and deejays, Baba always comes to please any kind of massive with it's unique blend of styles.
