SOUL FORCE - "real real TALENT" (David Rodigan 2009) Out of the middle of nowhere comes SOUL FORCE , a German DJ- and producer team that is hitting the music scene hard with it's unique style of remixes, mash ups and productions. Coming from a reggae & dancehall background, SOUL FORCE found their own twist in bringing together their roots with other contemporary music like hip hop or bashment basement music. In December 2005 the release of the ‚ REMIX CONFERENCE 1 ' alongside JR. BLENDER (Champion Sound/ Supersonic) marked the beginning of the official SOUL FORCE success story. Several tracks of the CD made their way to the german reggae charts and to London's BBC 1Xtra radio station and introduced the fresh sound to the United Kingdom. From that point SOUL FORCE went on to release several mixtapes such as J AY Z @ STUDIO ONE , REMIX CONFERENCE 2 and 3, HECKERT EMPIRE MIXTAPE feat. RONNY TRETMANN, STATE OF MIND , ORANGE JUICE BREAKS feat. TIPPA IRIE that all got heavy feedback from all over the world and established SOUL FORCE as the No. 1 address for Mixtapes in Germany. As producers SOUL FORCE has worked with Artist such as WARD 21, TIPPA IRIE , DEFARI, BLACK MILK, TERMANOLOGY and several other highly respected MCs. Their remixes on the FIZZLE Label are all over the place and 3 of the 4 vinyls have hit the number 1 spot in the German Reggae charts (75 % wtf !?!) This meant that SOUL FORCE ended up in position 3 of Best German Producers in the RIDDIM MAGAZINES readers poll in the year 2008.
